Unrivalled benefits The Liniar ModLok bi-fold is the first to combine the structural benefits of an aluminium bi-fold with the thermal and colour benefits of PVCu. Available in configurations from 2 to 7 panes, opening in or out, it matches perfectly with the rest of the Liniar range of windows, doors and roofs.
Family friendly Liniars low threshold is just 24mm high, offering easy access for family living. The low threshold can be combined with an optional double ramp for Part M compliance and is available with a half option for those wanting to put flooring up to the track for a seamless finish.
Strong and secure With patented ModLok, a combined aluminium reinforcement and multi-point locking system providing additional strength and an unrivalled appearance. Featuring 3 opposing hooks and 2 shootbolts on the master door, together with 2 anti-lift shootbolts on each slave door, the Liniar ModLok bi-fold has built in anti-lift features and anti-bump cylinders, with optional anti-snap cylinders. Each doors slim hinges are tamper-proof with fixings hidden inside. Due to its incredible reinforcement, the Liniar ModLok bi-fold is ideal for heavy duty applications including restaurants, cafes and showrooms.

Thermally efficient The Energy Plus multi-chambered outer
frame and sash offers maximum thermal efficiency. The Liniar ModLok
bi-fold is also triple-glazing ready, and can achieve a U-value of
1.0 W/m2. It even achieves a fantastic U-value of 1.3W/m2 with
economical double glazed units.
Crammed with innovative features A neat master/slave lock means the wrong door cannot be opened first, avoiding sprained locks, and folding keys avoid potential issues when keys are left in locks. The unique built-in keep within lock faceplate gives the ModLok bi-fold an unparalleled appearance with no protruding hooks.
