Thought I'd let you know what a splendid job your boys -Dave & Stuart - did on my house windows. I'm very pleased with the result and the professional manner in which they conducted themselves. Efficient, precise and thorough. Their housekeeping skills were clearly better than mine - all detritus was hovered up within minutes with wondrous enthusiasm! A mention also for John whose warmth, wit and sweet smile won me over, as did the quote he gave me. Good value, great work and a very pleasant team to deal with.

I met yesterday with our Customer Liaison Committee , one member who is also a board member has recently had her windows done and gave me some feedback. She was very pleased with her new windows and the fitters who installed her windows they were prompt pleasant and polite, everything was covered and they were very clean and tidy. Thats great news as it is especially important for this feedback from a board member. Please pass on my thanks and well done on a great job to the 2 guys Russ I think and a guy from Pontefract ( thats what she said!) she lives at 35 South Beech Avenue

Good morning gentlemen,

I wanted to bring to your attention our appreciation to you and your staff after the successful installation of windows and doors at 35, Shelley Crescent, Oulton.
The process began mid summer when John attended initially to discuss the installation and formalise a quote. John was the consummate professional, he sold a great product, answered in detail the customers queries and was always available after the sale to resolve any issues, we did not feel pressured at any point throughout the journey because of John's manner and efficient and effective approach.
Last week the installation team attended, David and Stewart who were both equally professional. I have previously worked alongside qualified craftsmen / women but David offered something else and went the extra mile. Not only is he a very good installer but his attention to detail is second to none. A number of minor issues arose regarding skirting boards, plaster, and electrics each situation he was able to resolve with a positive response which was then conveyed into successful and executed actions. Finally, David took the time at the conclusion of the installation to explain in detail the fabric of the windows, doors and locks in order that we have many years of a maintenance free product.
Stewart too, whilst younger in years and experience was effective and diligent. He was unassuming and quietly shadowed David all week but engaged in his own detailed role.
Both gentlemen were timely, polite and efficient and are a credit to your company.
On behalf of Bernadette and myself would you please pass on our thanks to each and everyone ... and especially to Bernadette's long term friend Debra who was instrumental in securing your services and sold your company to us, thank you.
